    Other items are valued based on factors such as quality, resale demand, condition, and the amount of cleaning, sorting, research, photography, and preparation required before they can be sold.

    Any cleanup, disposal, or junk removal costs are deducted from the overall offer. Our cleanup fees are kept in line with other local junk removal companies, but with the added benefit that we can often offset those costs by purchasing the sellable contents directly.
